Online Privacy & Security Software
Whether you do it intentionally or not, sooner or later you can end up on a site that you really don't want anyone to know you have visited.
Porn sites are the most obvious example and to be fair they are what these systems are most commonly used for, but there are other equally valid reasons to want such a system...

For instance you could have visited a marital advice or divorce and not want your wife to find out,

on the other hand it could be a gift or lingerie site and you don't want your partner to find out,

or a financial site that you don't want anyone else to know about (e.g. if you are interested in offshore investments or the High Yield Investment Prorams arena,

or an employment site and not want your boss to find out,

although there are lots of other types of sites you may not want your boss to find out you've been visiting during work hours,
People are now getting sacked on a regular basis for visiting the "wrong" sites at work!
You can also end
up on a "porn" site accidentally, that may sound suspect,
but have you ever tried just typing in a subject that you are interested
in as a domain name in your browser to see what comes up?
e.g. www.anysubjectyouareinterestedinhere.com
If you do this you may find that some entrepeneuring pornographer has
grabbed the domain (especially if it is a popular term) and set up a
link to a porn site. And then there are all those pop up and automated
dialler dowwloads that some sites use to try and make extra cash.
Using
a system like CyberScrub
can make sure that if you do visit a site that you don't want anyone
else with access to the same PC to see, they won't! If you're really
paranoid about it then you may want to consider spending the extra cash
for a system like EE.
I run both, but you've probably gathered by now that I take my PC's
security seriously, not because I visit porn sites.
